The Jenison baseball team completed a three-game sweep of East Kentwood on Thursday by a score of 14-3. The Wildcats improve to 13-8 overall and 9-6 in OK Red play.
Senior Spencer Betts had a huge day at the plate with a grand slam home run and a two-run triple to drive in a total of six runs. Junior Colin Diekman and sophomore Corbin Bennetts also had multi-hit games for Jenison.
Bennetts and junior Ray Sherff combined to give up just three runs in six innings on the mound.
Jenison will host Forest Hills Central on Friday in a doubleheader.
