The Jenison boys and girls cross country teams both finished in second place at MHSAA Regional competition to earn a bid to the State Meet next weekend. The boys trailed Grand Haven by just one point for the top spot, while West Ottawa captured the championship on the girls side.

The State Meet will be held at Michigan International Speedway (Brooklyn, Mich.) next Saturday afternoon (November 5).
