The Jenison boys basketball team pulled away in the second half for a 57-46 win over Zeeland West on Tuesday night at Kamstra Gymnasium. The Wildcats improve to 4-2 on the season.
Jenison led 15-13 after the first quarter and 29-26 at the half before outscoring the Dux 14-7 in the third quarter to take a 43-33 lead entering the final frame.
Caleb Dean scored a season-high 20 points to lead the Wildcats, while Carter VanManen (13 points) and Gage Chatfield (12 points) also finished in double-figures.
Jenison will host a 4-1 Grandville squad on Friday night in the OK Red Conference opener.
