The Jenison girls basketball team cruised to a 63-36 victory at Zeeland East on Friday night. The Wildcats improve to 1-1 on the season.
Jenison jumped up to a 20-4 lead at the end of the first quarter and led 32-17 at the half.
Terin Maynard led the Wildcats with 18 points, while Ella Haik scored 15 points and Sam Timmer added 10 points.
Jenison will travel to Forest Hills Central on Tuesday (Dec. 14).
