The Jenison girls basketball team fell to Hudsonville, 68-37, on Tuesday night in OK Red play. The Wildcats fall to 5-7 overall and 2-4 in league play, while Hudsonville improves to 9-2 and 6-0 in conference action.
Hudsonville built an early first half advantage, leading 24-12 at the end of the first quarter and 40-23 at the half. Jenison chipped away in the third quarter and cut the deficit to 12 points before the Eagles put the game out of reach in the fourth quarter.
Terin Maynard led Jenison with 17 points, while Christine Duch also scored in double-figures with 10 points.
Jenison will host Grand Haven on Friday.
