The Jenison girls basketball team dropped a league contest with East Kentwood, 66-46, on Tuesday evening. The Wildcats fall to 8-9 overall and 5-6 in conference play.
East Kentwood took control of the contest early, leading 21-8 after the first quarter and 36-13 at the half. Jenison would cut the deficit in the second half, but the Falcons pulled away in the fourth quarter.
Christine Duch led Jenison with 11 points, while Taryn Maynard finished with 10 points.
The Wildcats will host Rockford on Friday night.
