Jenison Hockey Beats East Kentwood on Saturday Afternoon

The Jenison hockey team increased their win streak to two games after a 2-0 win over East Kentwood on Saturday. The Wildcats improve to 11-10 overall and stay undefeated in Fischer division play.

After a pair of scoreless periods, Nathaniel Kloppe found the back of the net in third period off an assist from Brayden Eddy and Gavin Phillips. Hayden Blik would net another goal on an assist from RJ Rathsack with just seconds remaining to cap the shutout victory.

Jenison will face off next Friday (Feb. 11) against Hudsonville on Military Appreciation Night.
