The Jenison softball team shutout Caledonia, 6-0, on Thursday in an OK Red contest. The Wildcats improve to 9-1 overall and 7-0 in conference play.
Freshman Alli Wright earned the win in the circle, pitching a complete game, allowing just two hits and one walk, while striking out 13.
Jenison scored one run in the second inning, three runs in the third, and two runs in the fifth.
Kenadee Schnick, Elsie Norton, Morgan Huyser, and Taya Jenison each recorded a hit for the Wildcats.
Jenison will travel to Reeths-Puffer tomorrow for a doubleheader.
