The Jenison softball team swept Reeths-Puffer by scores of 13-3 and 9-0 on Friday in a non-league doubleheader. The Wildcats improve their record to 11-1 overall.
In game one, Brynn Timmer earned the win by throwing six innings while allowing zero earned runs, two hits, and finished with eight strikeouts.
Sam Timmer paced the offense with two extra base hits including a home run and six RBI. Marah Griffore and Christine Duch each launched home runs and drove in three runs.
Korrie Schuurman pitched seven innings, scattering two hits and two walks, while striking out nine in the game two victory.
Sam Timmer, Alli Wright, and Mia VanderHeide each had two hits to lead the offense, while Griffore hit her second home run of the day.
Jenison will travel to Grandville on Monday.
